Horse Leasing

At Black Creek Hill Farms, we treat every horse with the love and care they deserve.

We offer both pasture boarding and limited Stall boarding at reasonable prices. Whether you're looking for a safe, welcoming place to board your horse or wish to lease a horse for unlimited riding and training, we’ve got you covered.

Boarding

At Black Creek Hill Farms, we treat every horse as if they are our own. When you board with us, you can rest easy knowing your horse is in caring and capable hands.

All Non-partial Borders will be provided with the following:

  • All Non-partial Borders will be provided with the following: 

  • Twice-daily feeding with the option for you to provide your preferred feed.

  • Daily turnout for exercise and enrichment. - *Stall borders

  • Twice-daily hay feedings to keep your horse well-nourished. We provide fresh hay mornings and evenings. 

  • Fly masks and blankets are provided as needed at no extra cost. You are welcome to bring your own.   

  • Attentive care, including monitoring for health needs and notifying you of any requirements for a vet, farrier, or other services.  

  • On-site owner: I live at the farm, and my hilltop home provides an excellent line of sight to keep an eye on all horses.

  • Run-in shelters: Each pasture has a run-in shelter offering your horse protection from rain and wind. We are currently building new run-in shelters in the pastures

Additional Services:

We offer several additional services for our boarders to include:

  • Specialized Feeding programs

  • Parasite control

  • Horsemanship Instruction

  • Grooming/bathing

  • Train/Exercise programs

  • Medical treatment/administering programs.

- Boarding Pricing Packages -

  • Partial Pasture Board: $300/month Owner provides Feed and blanketing in winter. BCHF will feed twice per day and provide fresh water and hay.
     

  • Pasture Board: $400/month BCHF provides feed and hay twice per day. Blanketing in the winter is included.
     

  • Partial Stall Board: $425/month Owner provides feed and stall shavings.  BCHF will feed twice per day.  Stalls will be cleaned daily, and horses will have fresh water and turn out.
     

  • Full Stall Board: $550/Month BCHF provides feed, hay bedding/shavings and water twice a per day.  Horses will receive daily turnout, and stalls will be cleaned daily with fresh shavings provided.
     

  • Single Day Stall Board: $25/Day For existing pasture board customers, BCHF will pull the horse into the barn and provide feeding and care as usual.  Non-boarders will be required to provide feed and hay.  Bedding and water will be provided.

If you dream of riding more often without the responsibilities of horse ownership, Black Creek Hill Farms has the perfect solution.

 

Through our monthly lease program, we’ll pair you with a select horse tailored to your riding goals—whether you’re focused on training, competing, or simply enjoying leisurely rides. Leasing provides an excellent opportunity to connect with a horse without the added stress and financial commitment of full ownership.

Here's what our monthly lease includes:

  • Boarding services are included, so you don’t have to worry about daily care or maintenance.

  • Medical and Farrier services are included, so you won’t have to worry about routine medical bills. 

  • Access to our arena and scenic trails (arena use must be coordinated).

  • Lessees have access to their horse based on lease. 

​
