OUR STORY
Welcome to Black Creek Hill Farms. Nestled in the hills of Benson, NC, Black Creek Hill Farms is our little slice of heaven, built by my husband and I in 1997 every inch of our Farm is infused with love. As life-long locals born and raised here, this farm reflects our love for the land, the animals, and the community we call home.
Our farm is a haven for many animals, including several rescues we’ve lovingly saved from kill pens and difficult living situations. We are proud to provide these animals with the care, compassion, and love they deserve, showing them the brighter side of life with humans. Here at the farm, we provide many different services. From lessons in Western and English disciplines, to trail rides, exciting camps, memorable birthday parties, boarding, and leasing we have what you need for an unforgettable experience.
In addition to horses, we also have dogs, cats, rabbits, geese, chickens, peacocks, ducks, goats, and our resident pot-bellied pig, Hamlet.

Each pasture is equipped with run-in shelters, providing safe protection from weather conditions.
Round Pen:

A well-maintained, small round pen designed for training, exercise, and handling horses. This versatile pen allows for controlled, low-stress work with horses, perfect for groundwork, lunging, or behavior training. Its circular shape promotes balanced movement, offering a safe and enclosed environment where horses can build confidence and fitness. The round pen is made with durable materials, ensuring longevity and safety.
Fencing:

The property is bordered by white vinyl fencing along the driveway, reinforced with electric wire.

The electric fence system was upgraded in 2024 for enhanced security and safety.

Safety gates to each pasture.
Wash Pit:

A designated wash area to keep your horse clean and well-groomed. With hot and cold running water.
Restroom:

In the barn is a fully plumbed restroom, with hot and cold water to wash up.
