Party Packages

Celebrate in a way that’s truly memorable with a horse riding party at the farm! Our party packages aren’t just for kids or birthdays—they’re perfect for all ages and any occasion.

 

Adults are welcome to book a package and join the fun, please be mindful that younger children may also be on the farm.

All Party Packages Include the below: 

A party at the farm is a wonderful way to connect with friends, family, and the beauty of the outdoors—no matter your age!

  • 2 hours in our covered picnic area with a picnic table and a few extra chairs. 
     

  • One hour of your picnic time will coincide with the riding experience, ensuring everyone can relax, watch, and enjoy the festivities.
     

  • Opportunities to visit other farm animals including rabbits, goats, geese, chickens, and ducks. Only staff and volunteers are allowed in enclosures.* Animal Treats may be available for an additional fee. 

  • Access to a refrigerator for small cakes or ice cream, snacks or chilled drinks.
     

  • Take a fun ride on Tulip our bucking barrel ride *Children only (not a horse)
     

  • Games and toys from our game closet.
     

  • ​Restroom facilities are located inside the barn.
     

  • Post-party cleanup is taken care of by us.

You are welcome to bring additional chairs, cakes and party foods are not provided unless add-on requested.  Closed toed shoes are required at the farm.

  PACKAGE A  

Saddle Up & Celebrate

$250 for the package

Time : 2 hours

Max Riders: 10 

  • Party Basics, plus

  • One of our amazing horses with 1-hour of shared riding time in the arena for up to 10 riders.

  • Riding may take more than 1-hour as we gear up and prep each rider. 

  • Guests with signed waivers can ride; Minors must have a parent/guardian signature. Inexperienced riders will be guided in the arena by one of our experienced volunteers.

Trailblazer's Party

$300 for the package

Time: 2 hours
Max Riders: 8 

Teens & Adults Only*

  • Party Basics, plus
     

  • Trail ride: Experience an amazing guided trail ride for your party. Travel through the on-site trail. Full trail ride is 1-hour, half trail ride is 30 minutes.  

  • You have your choice of a 1hr ride for up to 4 people or 2 - 30 minute rides for up to 8 people, (4 at a time).

  PACKAGE C  

Grill & Chill

$200 for the package

Time : 2.5 hours

Max People: 30

Great for work events, friends gathering, family BBQ 

  • Party Basics, plus
     

  • Enjoy a relaxing day outdoors with our Grill & Chill picnic area rental! We provide everything you need to fire up the perfect BBQ—grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, lighter, grilling utensils, extra tables for food and a beautiful, peaceful spot to enjoy your meal. This is a great option for a work event or just hanging with friends.

  • Bring your co-workers/ friends, your favorite foods, and unwind while you grill in a scenic setting. And let us take care of the mess. Please provide a guest # for accommodations.

Party Add-Ons
Customize Your Party with any of these Add-Ons: 

  • Themed Horse:
    Have your special day taken up a notch by adding a costume to your horse.  Themes include unicorn, princess, cowboy with a roping cow, or Feathered horse. [ $25/per horse ]

  • Birthday/Party Decor:
    Happy Birthday banner and tablecloth decorated in the picnic area and roadside.  [ $15.00 ]
     

  • Party Supplies: We can provide plates, cups, utensils, paper towels, cake knife, candles, and ice cream scoop for up to 10 guests. 
     [ $20.00 ]
     

  • Extra Seating:
    Add a 6ft table and six folding chairs  [ $10 ]
     

  • Petting Zoo:
    Interact with, pet and give treats to rabbits and goats in the yard. Mrs. Daisy may make an appearance.  [ $50 ]  View our farm animals here

  • Firepit:
    We will provide 2-3 logs of firewood and a lighter for the firepit located at the picnic area for a fun addition to your party. Roast marshmallows, tell stories.  [ $10 ]
     

  • Grill:
    Use our grill and we take care of clean up.

    • ​Basic : you bring all cooking supplies  [ $15 ]​

    • Grill + includes: utensils, charcoal and basic seasoning [ $30 ]
       

  • Trail Ride/arena add-On:
    This must be scheduled when booking. For this option, you can add the option of a trail ride for up to 4 people at a time or 60 minutes with 1 horse in our arena. Trail rides for 12 and up. 

    • 30 Minute Trail ride  $30/ person. 

    • 60 minute Trail ride $50/ person

    • 60 minute arena use - 1 horse. $50
